Hi,
Would it be possible to move our Thursday meeting to 10 am instead of 2 pm? Something came up in my afternoon.
And if you could send me the minutes from last time by Wednesday, that would be perfect.
Thanks!

Plume Mail
Mail client
Plume Mail brings your accounts into one window and helps you see clearly: categories, filters that run on your computer, summaries, reply drafts. Your mail stays kept there, readable even without a network. The assistant proposes, and nothing leaves without your say-so: automatic replies are off by default, and each one waits in an outbox where you can cancel it.
Your inboxes
Several accounts in the rail, “All inboxes” first, unread counts; folders, and Unread and Flagged views.
With an app password (iCloud, Gmail, Fastmail, Yahoo…), kept in the keychain; the servers are found from the address, whatever the domain.
New messages as soon as they arrive, the system’s notifications, the unread badge.
Your mail is kept on your computer (on by default, account by account): lists, all inboxes, folders and kept messages can be read and searched without a network. Settings show the space used, and “Forget” gives it back.
Sorting
Personal, Notifications, Newsletters, Receipts, Promotions: guessed from the headers when it is clear, otherwise proposed by the assistant.
Rules on the sender, subject or text that file, mark or move incoming mail. None forwards your mail elsewhere.
In a folder or across all inboxes, by sender, subject or text, or in plain words with the assistant. Without a network, in what is kept.
Read and write
HTML cleaned and shown apart, with no scripts; remote images blocked until you allow them; a link’s real destination shown. Attachments never open by themselves, and a file that runs code asks before it is saved.
Compose, reply, reply all, forward; drafts kept on the server; sending waits 5 seconds and can be taken back.
Several messages at once, archive, move, Undo right after; ⌘K to go to a folder; Apple Mail’s shortcuts.
The assistant
It reads what you are looking at (a message, its thread, a folder) and proposes: a reply opened in the composer, categories, a filter, some tidying. It never moves or deletes anything by itself, and sends nothing without your say-so: a message is data, never an instruction. Each account chooses which models read its mail: none, your computer’s (by default), or a cloud model too.
A long message or a thread, in a few lines.
Three short replies to pick from, or a drafted reply, opened in the composer: you are the one who sends.
Off by default, account by account: drafts only, or a reply (or an out-of-office message) that waits 10 minutes in an outbox where you can cancel or edit it. Your instructions say whom to answer and what to say; a mailing list, bulk mail or an automated message never gets one.
What a message asks of you and by when; its translation.
Categories for a whole folder proposed at once, approved with one click.
“the plumber’s invoice in March”: the criteria it understood become chips you can remove.
A rule to file what keeps coming back, to read before you add it.
Summaries, sorting, the three short replies and a drafted reply: free, and nothing leaves the Mac (with Apple Intelligence).
The trash, junk, a filter that moves mail: the proposal lists every message it targets, and asks again before it applies.
Models you can use
Not yet: Gmail without an app password and Outlook (OAuth), threads grouped in the list, HTML when writing.
Privacy
Everything that leaves the app, and nothing else.
